Disclosure of the Resolution and minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the afternoon of the same day the Board of Directors met and issued a resolution to elect Mr. Le Van Hai to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for the term 2023 - 2028. To supervise the meeting and elect Ms. Phan Thi Hien to hold the position of Head of the Supervisory Board for the term of 2023 - 2028.
