The meeting was attended by 240 shareholders owning or authorized 61,968,926 shares, representing 100% of the voting shares under the management of the Presidium including Mr. Le Van Hai - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dam Quang Trung - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director, Mr. Nguyen The Trung - Member of the Board of Directors.

In 2020, the implementation of the business plan was not going well as originally planned. Due to the outbreak of Covid 19 epidemic in many parts of the world, it has seriously affected the shipping industry in general and the shipbuilding industry in particular.

Signing contracts for new products faced many difficulties and customers continuously put pressure on prices. Besides, domestic and foreign shipbuilders are also facing fierce price competition.

The fluctuations in the prices of raw materials, input fuels and foreign exchange rates have significantly affected the results of production and business and the financial situation of the Company.

However, on the basis of the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020, with the determined targets and plans, the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors and all employees of the Company have focused on implementing many solutions to keep stabilize production and step by step overcome difficulties.

The results of the targets for 2020 are as follows:
+ Output value: 607,512 billion / 605,054 billion = 100% of the year plan.

- Average income strive to achieve: over 9.5 million / person / month.
