On March 29, 2024, Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The meeting had the participation of 226 shareholders holding 99.59% of the Company's shares. The Congress was conducted under the management of the Presidium including Mr. Le Van Hai - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dam Quang Trung - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director, Mr. Nguyen The Trung - Member of the Board of Directors.

Entering into the implementation of the 2023 production and business plan, the Company faces many difficulties and challenges due to the continued prolonged conflict between Russia and Ukraine and recently the conflict in the Gaza Strip, which has negatively impacted the economy. World economy, raw material prices and foreign exchange rates continuously fluctuate in an unfavorable direction, increasing the Company's production costs. The shortage of labor and the capacity of subcontractors have not been able to meet the Company's quality and production schedule requirements.

However, based on the resolution of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, with the planned targets determined, the Board of Directors, Board of Directors and all employees of the Company have focused on implementing many solutions to keep sustainable, stable production and gradually overcome difficulties.
The results of the targets in 2023 are as follows:
+ Implemented output value: 750 billion VND/1,048 billion VND = 140% of the year's plan.
+ Realized net revenue value: 620 billion VND/1,012 billion VND = 163% of the year plan
+ Average income of workers: > 14 million VND/person/month.
From the practical situation in 2023, on the basis of market survey data as well as product registration plans from partners, Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company sets a production and business plan for 2024 with the following indicators: Specific target:
- Total output value strives to reach: 750 billion VND
- Revenue value strives to reach: 625 billion VND
- Average income strives to reach: > 14 million VND/person/month.

Attending the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr. Ngo Tung Lam - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation highly appreciated the solidarity, consensus, and dynamism of the Board of Directors and Officers. Although Song Cam's employees will face many difficulties in 2023, the Company's production and business activities will unite, gradually overcome them and achieve good results.

The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders unanimously approved the submissions of the Board of Directors with the following important contents:
1. Report on production and business results in 2023 and directions for implementing the production and business plan in 2024.
2. Report on the Board of Directors' activities in 2023 and operating directions in 2024.
3. Report on the activities of the Company's Supervisory Board in 2023 and operating directions in 2024;
4. Audited 2023 financial statements, profit distribution plan for 2023.
5. Proposal for approval of remuneration of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2024.
6. Proposal to amend the Company's charter and internal regulations
And other important tasks.
     At 11:30 a.m. on the same day, the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company ended and was a success. The Company's Board of Directors and employees determine that 2024 will have many difficulties and challenges in implementing business goals, but with a rich history of 65 years of formation and development, the Company will constantly promote the heroic tradition, solidarity, dynamism, creativity, promote internal strength, seize opportunities to overcome difficulties, stabilize production and successfully implement the Resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders 2024.
