Input material prices are constantly fluctuating abnormally due to broken supply chains, disbursement plans of some projects are not as committed, greatly affecting production costs and cash flow of the Company.

There is a huge shortage of resources directly involved in the production process of the Company, the number of skilled workers who have moved to other occupations with better working conditions has increased, besides Recruiting new employees is also very difficult.
However, on the basis of the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020, with the planned targets determined, the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors and all employees of the Company have focused on implementing many solutions to keep stable, stable production and gradually overcome difficulties.

The results of the targets for 2021 are as follows:
