On January 17, 2025, Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company successfully held a conference to summarize all aspects of work in 2024 and a conference of employee delegates in 2025.

Attending and directing the Conference were Comrade Pham Hoai Chung - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors - Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, representatives of the Executive Board, professional departments of the Party Committee, Trade Union, Youth Union of Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and 140 delegates representing more than 1,000 employees of the Company.

At the Conference, on behalf of the Presidium, Comrade Dam Quang Trung - Party Secretary, General Director of the Company reported on the summary of the Company's activities and results achieved in 2024 and the Company's directions and tasks in 2025.

In 2024, with the attention and close and timely direction of the leaders of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and the solidarity and efforts of all employees, the Company exceeded all targets assigned from the beginning of the year.

Regarding the direction and tasks for 2025, with the motto of action: solidarity, promoting internal strength, overcoming difficulties, developing production and ensuring absolute safety, the Company aims to implement the 2025 production and business plan with targets on output value and revenue value remaining stable, ensuring jobs for all 100% of employees.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Pham Hoai Chung - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors - Shipbuilding Industry Corporation praised the achievements that the Company has achieved in the past year and acknowledged the contributions of all employees of the Company to the overall achievements of the Corporation. At the same time, he also gave directions and assigned tasks to the Company in 2025 and oriented the development of Song Cam in the following years.

In the summary conference program, the conference commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2024.
