The Party Committee of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation issued Plan No. 41-KH/DU dated October 15, 2024 on organizing Party Congresses, grassroots Party cells, and affiliated Party cells towards the 5th Congress of the Party Committee of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation for the 2025-2030 term.

In 2 days (March 27 and 28, 2025), the Party Congress of Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company for the 2020-2025 term under the Party Committee of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation took place and was a great success. This is the unit chosen by the Party Committee of the Corporation to organize the grassroots congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Party Committee of Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company has 158 party members, including 154 official party members, 4 probationary party members, and 25 female party members operating in 14 affiliated party cells.

Presenting the review report of the Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, comrade Le Van Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Song Cam Company stated: The past term, which took place in the context of many fluctuations in the country and the world, the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (IT) is the major controlling shareholder of the Company, having to implement Resolution 220 of the Government from the end of 2023, has caused a negative impact on the psychology of the Company's customers, greatly affecting the implementation of assigned political tasks during the entire 2020-2025 term. Overcoming those difficulties, the Party Executive Committee of the Company is a united collective with strong political will, capacity, always innovative and creative, together with a team of party members, employees, and workers with capacity and qualifications trained and tested in practice, always upholding the sense of responsibility, determination, in leading and directing the implementation of assigned tasks, together with the close direction of the Party Committee of the Corporation, the Party Committee of the Company has constantly strived to excellently complete the assigned political tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Party Congress of the Corporation, term 2020-2025.

Ensuring employment and income for workers The company has proactively sought domestic product sources, flexibly arranged and assigned workers to maintain and repair machinery and equipment, self-repair and construct small items, so it has provided enough jobs for workers with an average income of 10 million VND in 2021, an increase of 5.26% compared to 2020, 9.09% in 2022 compared to 2021, 27.27% in 2023 compared to 2022; 17 million in 2024, an increase of 14.28% compared to 2023. Average income increased by 13.68% compared to the first year of the term.
Innovate to improve management capacity; strengthen the application of science and technology; develop human resources; Improve competitiveness, actively integrate into the international economy; Social security work, environmental protection; Economic development combined with ensuring national defense and security such as: supporting households in especially difficult circumstances, policy families, people with revolutionary contributions, Vietnamese heroic mothers, homeless elderly people, supporting people affected by natural disasters, storms and floods, charities, gratitude funds, funds for the poor, blind associations, supporting the construction of gratitude houses, repairing houses for poor households, supporting the fund to light up children's faith, supporting the program to give health insurance cards to the poor with a total amount of support of over 2 billion VND; sponsoring local government movements of over 80 million VND, with a total amount of support and sponsorship of over 2.1 billion VND; Labor safety and environmental protection are focused on: Maintaining and continuously improving the ISO 14001-2015 environmental management system and the ISO 45001-2018 occupational health and safety system. Closely combine modern technology equipment with appropriate organizational structure and operating procedures to minimize impacts and influences on the environment. Strictly manage all stages of product construction, select advanced, high-performance technology and means, and minimize impacts on the environment.

The Party Committee's defense - security and military self-defense work has performed well two strategic tasks: closely combining production and business tasks with ensuring national defense and security; the work of maintaining internal political security is always ensured, especially during holidays, New Year, congresses, and major national holidays is always guaranteed; the self-defense and reserve forces are always consolidated, improved and maintained in full numbers.
Building and implementing corporate culture always considers this a prerequisite to create a friendly and professional working environment, creating cohesion between members, cohesion between departments, offices, workshops, creating motivation for party members and employees to improve their responsibility, improve work efficiency, enhance the reputation and brand of the Company to customers and partners, contributing to enhancing the position of the Company; encourage employees to promote their abilities, capacities, promote initiatives, improve and innovate to improve labor productivity, product quality, reduce production costs, contributing to improving the Company's production and business efficiency. The output value and revenue value both reached over 1,000 billion VND, the highest level compared to previous terms; 41 ships were handed over to Damen customers, which is also the largest number of ships handed over compared to previous years; the Company's reputation and brand are constantly enhanced, creating trust with domestic and foreign partners; the lives and incomes of employees are constantly improved, creating trust among cadres, party members, employees and workers in the leadership of the Party; The work of building and developing the Party has been constantly strengthened and consolidated. The Party Committee of the Company has always maintained the title of a clean and strong Party Committee, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Corporation and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Not satisfied with what has been achieved, the Party Committee of the Company has worked with the profession to build the following targets for Party building work for the 2025-2030 term:

- Strive for the rate of Party cells achieving the title of excellent completion of tasks every year: ≥ 15%. No Party cells fail to complete their tasks
- Strive for the rate of Party members completing their tasks excellently every year: ≥ 15%. No Party members fail to complete their tasks.
- Strive for the Party Committee to complete its tasks well or better.
- Total annual output value strives to grow from 1 ÷ 5%.
- Total annual revenue strives to grow from 1 ÷ 5%.
- Budget contributions strive to increase gradually every year at a rate of 1 ÷ 5%.
- Dividend level: maintained from 2% to 5%/year.
- Average income of workers increases from 5% -10% per year to over 20 million VND/person/month by 2030.
