On the morning of October 24, 2024 in Hai Phong City, Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company held a keel laying ceremony to build a new offshore energy service ship ST245 ESCV HULL No. 82 for Norwegian shipowners.

Implementation of the contract signed between Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company and Mykle Bust Company - Norway on the construction of the offshore energy service ship ST 245 ESCV Hull No. 82. After a period of construction, on the 24th October 2024 the ship is qualified to carry out keel laying.

Ship ST245 No. 82 is the first ship in the line of offshore energy service ships that can operate to serve offshore wind power projects and undersea projects.

The ship has a methanol-powered propulsion system combined with an electric battery, meeting zero net emission standards; This is a ship line built according to the trend of green energy development and sustainable development. The ship is newly built under the supervision of the international registry DNV.
