For the term of 2023 - 2028, the Congress set the goal of continuing to renovate trade union activities, improve the capacity 
of trade union officials in the direction of serving union members and employees; strengthen representation, care and protection
 of legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees; improve the quality of education propaganda; develop 
union members, build the Company's Trade Union to become one of the grassroots trade unions with a leading position in the
 Trade Union of Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, contributing to the successful implementation of the objectives, development
 tasks of the Corporation's Trade Union at all levels, term 2023 - 2028.

Strive to prevent serious occupational accidents and reduce the number of annual occupational accidents; strive for the
 total number of safe working hours to reach over 98% of the total annual working hours.
- All trade union members when sick or facing unexpected difficulties are promptly visited and encouraged. To disseminate 
and thoroughly grasp the Directives, Resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State related to employees; All 
female union members are equipped with knowledge about family, society, regimes and policies on female workers; All 
trade union officials are trained and trained in trade union skills.
- Strive for all newly recruited employees to be admitted and issued trade union membership cards according to 
regulations; strive annually to introduce 1-3 elite trade unionists to join the Party.

- Strive for more than 95% of the trade unions of the affiliated divisions to meet the standards of strong and excellent 
strength, with no weak divisional unions every year;
